Letting Fee Information

Included in your Tenancy Fee & Charges

Holding Fee
£600 will be requested upfront as a sign of your commitment. Once received the property will be withdrawn from the market and all outstanding viewings will be cancelled. This amount will be deducted from your six week’s security deposit payment.

Administration Fee
£384 for each property including referencing fee for up to three tenants. £50 for each additional tenant thereafter

Change of Tenant or Additional Tenant
£100 administration fee for a new tenancy agreement £50 for each new or additional tenant

Renewal Fee
£150 will be charged to cover our administration costs

Security Deposit
